Etched Processing
1. Brush the printing ink on the stainless steel sheet
2. Dry it naturally at least one hour.
3. Wash and Etch.
4. Bleach (Remove the protective printing ink from the stainless steel sheet.
5. Wash.
6. Dry.
7. Check the depth of etching result.
8. Paste the film on the sheet or pack it based on customer’s requirements

Q: How long for drying after brushing the protective printing ink?
A: At least one hour, of course, it also depends on the temperature, which is one of the factors would be effected the drying result.

A: 3C-5C in general.

A: About 30 pieces per hour. And also depends on the requirement of the etched thickness. The thicker sheet is, the slower speed is.
Q: I would like the titanium etched stainless steel sheet, can you do that for me?
A: Yes. Before etching, we need to remove the titanium on the stainless steel sheet which is not protected by the printing ink.
